TIMMY RIDAY
Timmy Riday holds a degree in Education and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Timmy is originally from the United States but has lived and worked in Asia as a primary school English teacher for nearly twenty years. Timmy believes that when children are interested in English, learning becomes second nature. With this in mind, he often incorporates songs, chants, dialogues and other activities to make the classroom and learning experience lively and energetic. When Timmy came across Shala Books, he was excited about creating videos for his young learners to study the basics of English pronunciation and reading skills. When Shala Books also presented him with the idea to make the videos available at www.shalabooks.com, he was excited about the opportunity and looks forward to developing a long-lasting work relationship. Timmy currently calls China home, where he lives with his wife and teaches young learners English.
